Meet our newest partner, Jim Bartlett, a state certified general contractor from Orlando, Florida. Jim is the president and founder of Jim Bartlett Construction Inc. As president, his focus is on the Company’s long range planning, implementation of practices that strengthen the foundation of the company, pursuing growth opportunities, and the creation and financing of innovative developments that are rewarding for both customers and investors alike.

Jim Bartlett Construction Incorporated was founded in 1986. During the past 31 years Jim Bartlett Construction has had proven success in building and developing projects for private and public organizations, non-profits, and institutions.

Jim Bartlett Construction has been involved in a wide variety of projects including Commercial Projects such as the American Pioneer Center in Orlando, The Scan Design Build-ing in Altamonte Springs and the Copy Tronics building to name a few.

Jim Bartlett Construction’s main focus is on the construction and the develop-ment of new residential communities and the construction of new homes. Projects include:

  A 94 unit single family develop-ment in Windermere, Florida

• Magic Landings

  A 159 unit Vacation Home de-velopment in Kissimmee, Florida

• Isleworth Country Club,

  Central Florida’s most exclusive residential neighborhood and country club. Jim Bartlett Construction was selected as one of the elclusive builders permitted to build in this Country Club Community.

• Bay Hill Country Club

  Since 1979, Bay Hill has hosted the prestigious Arnold Palmer Bay Hill Invitational Golf Tournament.

  Jim Bartlett Construction has been privileged to have been selected to construct several of the new homes in this upscale Golf and Country Club Community.

Jim Bartlett Construction has been selected several times by Orange County Florida’s “Field of Dreams” program as General Contractor for improvements to various Orange County Public School athletic fields. Improvements include adding sports lighting to baseball fields, installing or repairing electric scoreboard systems, installing new bleachers (seating) on sports fields, repairing or replacing any nonworking plumbing or mechanical systems. Installing new security systems on school athletic field buildings.
